Hi, I’m Bailey Doolan!
Welcome to my site. I wanted to give you a little information about my thoughts on hair and beauty and what I hope you experience when you come to my salon.
I’ve been doing hair professionally since 2014, and I recently opened my own suite. It’s a new experience for me since I’ve only worked in larger salons. But with my knowledge and awesome clients, I’m looking forward to this new opportunity.
I enjoy being able to spend time with my clients to understand what they want to see when they look in the mirror and how to help them achieve that look.
Relationships
Having your hair done is a very personal experience. While the knowledge and talent of the stylist are critically important, so are the philosophy, attitude, and integrity. As hard as I work to stay current in my profession and to do my best work for every client, I work even harder to have the attitude and integrity that my clients deserve because relationships are important to me.
Philosophy of Beauty
In an effort to build that relationship with my clients, it’s important for me to build trust. I make sure I listen to your wants and ideas while learning about you. Let’s face it, sometimes we want something that just doesn’t work with our hair – maybe it’s because of the texture or the color. Whatever the case is, I make it a priority to learn about you as a person as well as your hair’s strengths and weaknesses so together, we can come up with the best look for you.
